For a good long while I was well overweight. At times pushing almost 280 pounds. It took a toll on my body, as well as my mind and self esteem. I decided to make a change physically a couple of years ago. It wasn’t easy but I would do it all over again. Now at 180 pounds, I am in the best shape I’ve been in about 10 years. To all my trainers who have helped me along the way, Vic Rubio, Quincy Clendennen and CrossFit Hays – You will never know how much it means to me to have had y’all along the journey and as I continue to reach other goals.
