Hannah Ramsey
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was born and raised in Buda and played softball and volleyball growing up. I played softball at Georgetown University and am currently working on applying for PA school. Anyone who knows me well knows I’m a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to football, country music, and most of all, food.
What brought you to CrossFit?
I started CrossFit after my freshman year of college. I was looking for a way to workout during the summer and Tom and Tori had been telling my sister and I about CrossFit, so of course we had to try it. We went to a workout and it kicked my ass, but I immediately fell in love with the community and the support everyone has for each other.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for about 3 ½ years, but was only going during the summer when I was home from school.
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, level of fitness?
CrossFit has definitely made me stronger and pushed me to do things I never imagined I would be able to do.
Favorite CrossFit lift/movement?
Power cleans
Least favorite CrossFit lift/movement?
Thrusters and burpees
Name one goal and/or personal record you would like to accomplish through CrossFit.
My biggest goal right now is butterfly pullups and to keep getting fitter. I also want to compete in a local comp.

Thank you to all the coaches and athletes for helping me push myself and for making the workouts a little less sucky. Without y’all I would not show up day after day to do these workouts.
