The goal of our Intro to CrossFit class is to ensure you learn and become comfortable with the basic CrossFit movements, get introduced to the CrossFit modalities, and give you an opportunity to learn in a smaller setting. The smaller setting allow us to minimize distractions and pay maximum attention to your individual needs. The coach will be able to assess your fitness level and address any injuries you may have.
