Carrie Creasey-Krug
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I will be 39 next month. I am from Auburn, IL and moved to Texas 9 years ago. I have 6 year old identical triplet boys. I homeschool them and work for our business, CTK Entertainment.
What brought you to CrossFit?
My Dad, brother, and sister in law are CrossFitters in Illinois. I had always wanted to join, but it was the New You Challenge that got me started.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Three and a half months.
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, level of fitness?
I look forward to working out each day. It is my stress reliever. CrossFit has definitely made me stronger and is helping me gain self confidence. I have learned that I can do more than what my mind is telling me. I have met so many amazing people that are so encouraging and supportive. It’s not just a gym, it’s a family.
Favorite CrossFit lift/movement?
I like doing any type of squats and challenging myself with heavier weights.
Least favorite CrossFit lift/movement?
Burpees
Name one goal and/or personal record you would like to accomplish through CrossFit.
I want to be leaner, stronger, and gain self confidence. I would love to be able to compete one day.
