This will turn into little quiches that you can freeze these and then just heat them up in the morning
- Meatloaf: You will have a perfect 3 oz portion that can be used for a lunches or dinners or you can cut in half for snacks
Crock Pot (or Instant Pot)
You can create healthy meals with lean protiens and veggies. I usually set mine up the in the morning (or even the night before and leave it in the fridge) and dinner is ready when we get home.
Look for recipes on the website for:
- Oatmeal
- Steel cut oats
- Pulled Pork
- Soups & Stews
NOTE: The Instant Pot looks like a crockpot but cooks under pressure. It is much faster. Most meals can be made in about an hour
